Behind the Ride:

Build for Off Road Adventure Ride Updates

Follow the Adventure Ride Next Week!

All the planning, building, and prepping is about to pay off as the Build for Off Road Adventure Ride officially kicks off next week!

The rigs are built, the crew is ready, and the participants are making their way to the starting point from all over the globe.

“It’s absolutely surreal,” says Carbon Offroad Owner Dan Kozaris. “We’ve been building Carbon Offroad in Australia for years, and now we’re on our way to the US to join some of the most legendary off-roaders on their home turf.”

Along with Carbon Offroad Product Manager Darren Barnard, Dan is on his way to California to brave the trails with Ian Johnson and the rest of the Adventure Ride crew.

“Hitting up places like Big Bear Lake and Johnson Valley to tackle those insane King of the Hammers trails is something we’ve only ever dreamed of,” they say. “It’s a massive honour to bring our Aussie grit and recovery gear to the American off-road scene, and we can’t wait to show everyone what we’re about and learn from the best in the business. This is going to be epic!”

While the full episodes capturing the Adventure Ride won’t hit your TV screen for a few months, you don’t have to wait to follow along. We’re committed to bringing you epic moments from the trail all throughout next week.

Major News: We’re Livestreaming!

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ll be livestreaming from the trail during key moments of the ride! This is a unique opportunity to watch the crew tackle obstacles, solve problems, and capture the real spirit of a multi-day off-road expedition.

The livestream is made possible by our official livestream sponsor, Pedal Commander. As a leading name in throttle response control, Pedal Commander understands the importance of precise, real-time performance. With their support, we’re able to deliver this unprecedented access to our dedicated audience.

Ian currently plans to kick off livestreaming from his YouTube channel, @BigTireGarage, directly from Big Bear on September 22 when the crew gathers to tackle the first trail.

Expect to see livestream moments every day as the adventure unfolds – including a live look at the Jeeps & Java meet-and-greet event at the Route 66 Museum in Kingman, AZ!

Make sure you subscribe to Ian’s Big Tire Garage YouTube channel and the Build for Off Road YouTube channel for updates about when to catch the livestream throughout next week.
