Buckle up for four days of octane-fueled adventure as The High Performance Road Trip takes an exclusive convoy of automotive enthusiasts on an epic journey. From classic muscle to high-end sports cars and everything in between, a diverse group of drivers and vehicles participate in this unforgettable experience.
They’ll master the challenging twists and turns of a renowned road course, blast down an iconic drag strip, and carve through the breathtaking beauty of back roads, all culminating in a spectacular car show.
HOST
4-time NHRA World Champion and Truck U Host Bruno Massel will be joined by other top drivers and automotive personalities to lead the ride.
Bruno Massel
In his first full season on the IHRA National Tour, Bruno wheeled his six-second, 200 MPH Top Dragster within two rounds of winning the National Championship. In 2023 Bruno became the first-ever four-time NHRA World Champion. His knowledge of motorsports and winning record has propelled him to a full-time career as an in-demand television host covering various forms of racing and automotive programming, including hosting Truck U and Garage Squad, and appearing as an analyst for the NHRA on FOX.
ROAD TRIP BUCKET LIST:
Explore Southern Backroads: Our route will wind through Florida’s untamed backroads, seeking the spirit of “Florida Man Country” with optional airboat detours, up-close wildlife encounters, and the kind of offbeat roadside attractions only the Sunshine State can deliver.
Performance Playground Possibilities: Depending on timing and availability, the ride could include opportunities to experience some of Florida’s most iconic driving venues — from the technical twists of The FIRM, to the legendary high banks of Homestead-Miami Speedway, or even a taste of quarter-mile adrenaline at Orlando Speed World.
Immersive Automotive Experiences: Segments of the journey could feature destinations like stepping inside the heart of the car culture at Dezerland Park.
The Southernmost Stretch: The route will point toward a fitting finale — the iconic end-of-the-road destination of Key West.
