Yes! All of the media that Brenton has produced for your brand is available for you to use on your social media, websites and more. Such use is subject to the terms of our agreement. We will provide you details and information, along with your media assets, in a folder that we’ll share with you on our Box Cloud storage.
Is there a cost associated for using this content on our social channels or elsewhere?
No; there is no additional cost to use your content, unless the usage is beyond the scope of the terms of our agreement.
Are these infomercials?
No, these are not infomercials. While our shows do contain paid product integrations, each episode provides viewers with information, ideas, and inspiration in automotive how-to and related automotive culture. The branded content is integral to the storyline and presented by respected, award-winning authorities in the automotive aftermarket. The success of our programs with clients, viewers, and our network partners is represented by their continued longevity, with Two Guys Garage now in its 25th season and Truck U in its 22nd.
What does the cost cover; are they influencer fees?
The all-in fee represents and covers the value of the media, creative, hosts, and production of our TV series and their associated social media content. While our show hosts are industry personalities with significant recognition and credibility, they are not acting as influencers or providing endorsement in their roles as show hosts. Their editorial presentation shines an upbeat, positive spotlight on key information about the use and performance of your products.
Terms And Conditions for Usage of Client Clip and Social Content
TV Video segments, Social Content, or other non-video TV imagery that we deliver to you are for promotional purposes including company meetings, trade show exhibits, sales presentations, and other non-broadcast purposes only, for a period expiring on the final day of the calendar year (December 31) two (2) years after the premiere of the episode(s) on Discovery Turbo. Upon expiration of usage rights, you must cease use of materials, or secure written permission from Brenton Productions to continue authorized usage.
TV Video segments may not be resold or distributed with your product. Segments may be used on your websites and social media platforms for the specific purpose of promoting your participation in the TV shows only and may not be sold. In addition, they may not be rebroadcast on any form of television, including but not limited to over-the-air, cable, satellite, wireless, or streaming platforms.
Use of logos and still photography is prohibited in point of purchase displays, catalogs, product packaging, and all other media or places of use not explicitly authorized above. Use of any video segments, social video, social media posts, logos or production photos to imply a direct endorsement by Brenton Productions, show talent, network or other party is strictly prohibited.
